Need help to light a high ceiling/mezzanine
November 10, 2013 in Design Dilemma
I am renovating by condo. I was thinking about adding some lighting to the ceiling to emphasize the architecture. Any ideas?

Some form of ambient overhead lighting looks like the best option here. Perhaps a chandelier or a large ceiling pendant would fit very well! Your room appears to have some modern design touches (from what I can see here), which is great because there are lots of excellent lighting choices that will meet your needs and accentuate your space.

Love the high ceilings! You can definitely highlight your wonderful architectural elements with your chandelier. We custom made a suspended canopy for a customer with ceilings similar to yours. Something like this could be done with any number of pendants to make a piece as large or as small as you need.
