How do the tower doors open…up?

I hate clutter on the vanity. how do i build a cabinet to hose the clutter? i am dealing with 133 inches and considering top mounted sinks.

We are remodeling our master bath and the vanity will be custom made but I have to figure out the 'custom'. We are having it be lower 30in and using small countertop sinks. it will be 133 in long with a drop down at about 55 in of about two inches to go under the window. The shower will be handicapped 'drive in'. I need vanity storage ideas and LOVE your website. Thank you so much. Stellart
