Kitchen cabinets -11 feet ceiling

This is brand new construction with a large kitchen space. It is a modern kitchen with dark espresso cabinets and grey expo quartz countertops.

Question to professionals: should we bring cabinets all the way to the ceiling if we keep all them at same line?

Or should we go with a staggered look as attached?

The range is 60in Wolf and i don't like having wall cabinets on both sides of ranges. I like more open feel. But i am struggling to achieve the open feel look around the range with this design.

Maybe somebody has creative idea! Please share !

Thank you

This is only half of the kitchen the other half has fireplace with sitting area around it

I have two designers I have been working since the beginning of house design but with kitchen nobody came up with the design that I absolutely love. I am in Midwest area and designers are extremely traditional. My house is very modern

Not staggered. If you don't want closed cabinets could you do open shelving next to the range? I would like the cabinets by the range to house pot, pans and other large range useful items. Also the two pantry door that are glass are off to me. Maybe because of the cabinet in between? I like the modern look though. Nice to be able to easily wipe down the cabinets and the color still warms it up.

I like the staggered ones, especially if they were to contrast with the others, have glass fronts and hold interesting art pieces.

They are so high on the wall they aren't of practical use.;
