With the ceiling detail using double drywall, what do you use for an edge since the paper is on one side only? Corner moulding is too wide and making a paper tape corner edge would show?

THe corner is probably mitred allowing for a factory edge on all showing edges.

In this project the drywall contractor used a drywall edge bead in the shape of letter "z". This makes for sharp edges that look amazing.
