How to plot my rooms? Here is one suggestion but I'm not sure about it.

Could you please post the original floorplan too? With some measurements?

And what are the steps below (big window/door), an eclosure towards the terrace? Is the terrace open towards a road or is it a balcony?
Where is the toilet excactly located (please draw in floorplan)?
And I'm not sure I understand what those bathrooms are doing on the left side?

The terrace is not available at this moment. It may be built and may be not. The toilets and bathrooms are not available. Both rooms on the left and in the centre are places where the toilet can be. It is not built yet.
The red lines are the places where my husband suggests to put new walls. The black lines are the current walls.
The terrace is open towards a garden and it is not built yet.
The south side is open towards a garden.
The place "Big window/door" is the current entrance to the house. We want to replace the entrance and put it on the left (where is the staircase to the second floor)

It's an apartment, right? You only have this floor?
How many people will live there?
And do you know where the main sewer line is?
Because a toilet can not be placed just anywhere (most of the time).

The corridor is wasted space. Can't you make that area a living room? Then if you need closets or storage, put them in the central area currently labelled living room.

But actually, to advise you well, we need lots more info. If this is in Russia, daylight is a very important consideration....which way is South?

It is a house. It has 2 floors. On the 1st floor will live 2 people (me and my husband).

On the 2nd floor live my grandparents.

The pipes for the toilet are on the north side (where I put "WC") or on south side (where is the word Big window;
please see the picture:

I try to put more light in the house and use the north side for corridor and bathroom/toilet.

Assuming your grandparents will have their own bathroom, I tried to place some 'furniture' in the rooms. I would not make a corridor either, but directly enter the living room. And because space is limited, I did not draw a seperate toilet, but one good sized bathroom. The drain on the left side of the house can be used for the washing machine.
Before placing/moving walls or replacing doors, find out where the loadbearing walls are, pipes, electrics, etc. And please decorate the floorplan, so you know how it will fit and flow.
I hope this will help you a little.

Note: the bedroom door in the kitchen wall (like your husband's plan) would leave no space for a closet, without placing the bed under a window..

And if you do insist on some kind or hallway, this could be an option:
