Entrance rug

I am having a hard time deciding If this rug looks good in the entry or should it go ? Please help:)

You have a beautiful entryway. Love the crown molding and flooring. I think the rug goes as far as color, just not sure about size although I have seen many entry's that have a runner and it looks fine. You don't have much width there as well.

I think it needs to be longer to the baseboard. The runner could have any color and pattern.

It is too short. Try moving it further inwards so it runs i to the next room. You need to lead the eye. If that doesn't work then it is too short.

I think you just need to move it centered to the wide entrance of the dining room and centered to the buffet in the entry.

I know this doesn't help much, but how tall are your walls and how thick is your crown molding? Amazing!
