Is there a roof with deck rails or a usable deck area above the sunroom? From a construction standpoint, could a sunroom (flat-roofed) like this be built abutting two house walls?

Two walls should work just as well as long as attention is paid to drainage. In this case there is no walking surface or access to the deck above except through a window. Most of the time we do provide a door and walking surface above 'flat' roofs like this.

How are the railing posts framed in? If this was an accessible roof deck, would the posts be integral to the wall framing below? Thanks! Beautiful work!

In the case that the customer wants to access the top for entertaining, what kind of flooring is used on the outside and for the roof on the inside of the sunroom?

I will be adding a similar addition on to my 1853 bracketed Victorian. I am currently rebuilding the existing porches. How did you solve the rain gutter situation with the crown moulding exterior? Are there gutters built into the cornice?

How high are the ceilings inside the sunroom? How tall is the railing on the roof? Beautiful work!!
