what is the material that was used on the back fireplace wall

Do you know what product the faux finisher used, and also do you know what type of grout joint was installed.

I apologize, but I do not know. If it helps, the faux finisher was Carter Averbeck from Trompe Decorative Finishes in Minneapolis, MN.
