Kitchen cabinetry
November 23, 2013 in Design Dilemma
We are building a home and thinking of all stained cabinets. We like birch wood however looks "striped" when stained. Is there a way to avoid this or a comparable wood that would work better?

Rockin' Fine Finish
Alder or quarter sawn oak or cherry are all good options you could also dye the cabinets first to get a uniform look then stain
