It is hard to say as the price is determined by the quality of the stone and the fireplace inset. This one was in the region of $7,000- $10,000

That's crazy expensive. We build those in Oklahoma every day for $2,500-4,000.

We design only, the mason's set the price including using locally quarried stone.

I also remember that the fireplace and wall is acting as a retaining wall against the woods behind for a length of 10' or more this was part of the one price. I know that prices vary quite considerably but insuring that you have a good design, the best stone, good quality fire place insert and of course quality installation must be the driving force after all you only build this once in your home!
