I voted for wall mirrors but really anyone of the three would be a nice gift. Accent chairs and entryway tables are pretty specific with regard to locations........mirrors can be used almost anywhere.

I have NEVER liked anything someone else has bought for my home! Save your money.

Unless there's a specific piece that someone knows I want, I'd rather not get home decor gifts, personally. If you don't like it, you're kind of stuck with it. You can't 'accidentally lose' an accent chair. Gift certificates!

(I make an exception for small items that are from trips and that sort of thing. Like my brother once gave me a small clay vase that he and his wife picked up while they were on a long bicycle trip. It's not totally my style, but it is colors I like, so I can work with it and it's a nice reminder of them.)

I would only give home decor if I knew exactly what the recipient wanted down to the last little detail. Same for me, I like choosing my own decor. Too personal.

There is a catch to giving home decor as gifts - it must be something the recipient would enjoy and appreciate in their home and easy to return/exchange if not. However, it could also be an unexpected surprise and worth a try! A gift that requires a bit of homework to get it right but a generous gift to be enjoyed for many years is worth the effort.

I voted for the Mirror because it feels personal yet flexible as well. Mirrors have an intentional meaning behind them, they "reflect". A nice message can be given with the gift such as "Reflect on 2013 as you look toward 2014". Mirrors also bring dimension and light to any space.

I would never presume to give art or furniture as gifts unless the recipient had specifically requested it. A gift card or a prepaid Visa/Mastercard card would be more appropriate. Giving a gift as personal as art or furniture could be interpreted as "You have terrible taste and I'm here to rescue you from yourself".
