Identical Chandeliers? Help! Whats the difference?

I wanted this Rococo chandelier from RH for $2995. Then I saw what seems to be the exact one in another site for $913. The crystals on RH are described as "Chinese" crystals. The other described as low grade glass crystals. Such a big cost difference, what are the differences, if any??

Both descriptions mean the same in my book. RH uses a more sophisticated term as they offer more sophisticated upscale items. I'd bet there's little difference in the actual chandys. Consider the difference to be simply "sales hype." Get the cheaper one.
