i cannot tell from picture, is the ceiling painted a different color

i am trying to figure out if i should paint my bedroom actually,. my walls are gray eggshell, mouldings and trim high gloss white. white cottage textured furniture, king size very thick white ruffled shams, lavendar and white striped sheets and pillowcases. cozy textured white bedspread and lavendar floral coverlet. any suggestions? deborah thomas
