What do you do with 5" upper cabinet?

I have no idea what to do with a 5" upper cabinet? It's 45" in height?

Is that inside dimensions? How high off the floor is the top?

The spice thing is too obvious. Something else must be going on with this like it is too high to reach small things you use all the time. And the inside dimension is much smaller.

We have two 9" cabinets on either side of our oven. Interior width may be somewhere around the 5" you're talking about. We have Olive Oil, bottles of vitamins, etc. and other small items like that.

Wine shelf sounds like a good idea. . . unless it's near the stove. The heat would kill the wine.
