Is there ANY good countertop dish drainer out there?

I'm getting sick of dish drainers that leak water all over the counter top, or are flimsy plastic, or are stainless steel that then rust, that get scummy, etc. etc. Does anyone out there have a practical, attractive, and functional solution to the problem of where to pile washed dishes to dry? Thanks! :)
