Placement of vessel sink

I have 30" vanity, and like to know best placement for vessel sink. vanity is up against wall on right. So will have backsplash behind and on the right. Toilet is to the left of vanity.

That would be a matter of comfort for you. Also take into consideration the vanity. Is it designed for a specific location for plumbing? Consider where plumbing will be visible if it's an open vanity. If it is open look into a European sink trap.
