Time to redo guest bedroom

Need help in planning a redo of guest bedroom. Budget includes new bedding, adding comfy chair, maybe chalk painting furniture, new headboard, wall paint, and accessories. Love some of the gray bedrooms on Houzz. Thoughts and ideas please!

I love this chest. A good starting pint for the room.

sorry- I meant starting pint. You could use it as a side table to bed as well as storage?

Any ideas from anyone on color? Walls? Bedding? If I paint furniture?

I think a simple upholstered bed like these from Overstock.com would be a good start and would compliment the style of your dresser no matter what color you paint it. Neutral bedding would give your guests a luxurious hotel experience.... The down side is that they may stay Toooooooo long!

Super good job! The small chair and lamp/table look a little out of place in such a fine room. Consider removing the chair, placing the stools on the wall from the foot of the bed with the small table and lamp between them. Your guests are going to love this fine retreat.

Thanks! Yes, first guests loved the update. The benches are cool in that the leather cushions can be removed to turn them into a luggage stand.

wow looks amazing! I agree about the small table and chair. maybe a more substantial chair to balance the dresser.

Lovely room. May I suggest lowering the two framed pieces above bed, and rotating 90 degrees the large wall hanging? :)
