I too love this kitchen and the faucets, too! I ran into this faucet on faucets.com and amazon.com. Both Sink Faucet are a Hansgrohe. I have no way of knowing which ones were used, but there is one called Hansgrohe 14877801 Talis S 2 Kitchen Sink Faucet with Pull Down 2 Sprayer, Steel Optik. The Chrome was the least expensive. They also make a Hansgrohe 04286800 Talis S 2 Prep Kitchen Faucet, about an inch shorter and has less of an arch more suitable for a smaller prep sink.

Read reviews before buying. It sounds like a great faucet and many were pleased, but some were disappointed by the fact it's necessary to hold down the button for the spray option. A few had centering issues with their faucet, but many did not. USA Hansgrohe sent something to correct the problem.

I love that it's only 16" high in contrast to 17 or 21' H like other similar styles and has 2.2GPM (gallons-per-minute) . I hope this helps.
