I have the attaché dark brown leather sofas/armchairs in my leaving/dining room. I have placed an order for a dining table set with the dark brown chairs and now I am thinking that I might should have gone with the cream chairs rather than brown. Please advice if the cream would work better or shall I stick with the brown?

depends on the rest of the rooms, but i like the lighter for contrast.

Can you post more pictures of the LR/DR? Both of the dining room sets are lovely!

Well, it's a mess and only moved in. Rest of the room is empty. Still have to buy a tv stand, ceiling shades, rug and more decoration. The shelving unit will go as soon as the dining set arrives. It might look bit too many sofas but I wanted to separate the leaving room section from the dining area. Hope at the end it will work??? Any suggestions are welcome. If the light dining chairs would work better I will have to try and change the order? Please advice

I like both, whichever would work the best. I think darker will be easier to mention though

Keep the underlying theme and stay with the dark. Make your contrast statements with accents.

I would stay with the dark for continuity. I think once you get your rug and other accessories you will be very happy with your new LR/DR!

Stay with your original decision of the dark. You can always bring in light colors by way of your rugs, assessories, and decor. Even though they are two distinct areas, they are all in one room, so being consistent with your big furniture pieces will flow better. Later down the road you could always recover your 2 end dining chairs in a lovely fabric.

Cream or a color like teal. Don't be afraid of color. Be brave. It makes a room so much more interesting. Then take that color and use in other parts of the room to tie together. Too much brown is never a good thing.
