Need help with selecting a color for kitchen wall and dining room.

Renovating kitchen-knocked down 2 half walls-leading to living room and dining room. New cabinets are antique white, wood floor walnut; multicolor granite counter top that picks up the floor and cabinets. Kitchen will open into dining area and living room. Living room is white with white furniture and gray marble/glass top tables, accent colors are burgundy and sage.
My dilemma: what color should I paint the kitchen wall and one wall in the dining room area. This will be my accent wall.

What did you choose for kitchen tile back splash, or maybe you are not having a back splash in tile? Furniture in DR? Rug in DR? Do you like modern? Or?

Thanks. Modern. I have not selected the backsplash as the granite countertop has a 3" backsplash. LR will be off white with off white furniture. Dining room? am leaning toward sage. My flooring will be natural or tan wood.

This company had some columns. See columns 101: http://turncraft.com/

I like all walls off white BUT a sage wall or an accent wall in sage in kitchen + DR could be good along with the white LR. I like sage with some orange tone accents.

I like that-orange tone going on---. Presently I have throw pillows with burgandy, green and white, muted colors. I can swap them out. Thanks much.
