I'm rehabbing a brick house that has so many windows that are not the same size and located right next to each other. I'm thinking about closing a couple of the windows but then there will be rooms that will have for example, on one wall, one window and it won't be centered but in the corner. How important is centering windows . Obviously, it's easier to close a window than add one especially on a brick house, but if it's not going to look right I guess I don't have a choice. Any thoughts?

Hi dogsrule, this is a really interesting design dilemma. How'd you end up solving this? How'd the project turn out?

Hi Keerthi. It actually turned out great. We ended up bricking up some of the windows. I think there is only one room where the windows are a little off, but I'm happy with it.
