Vaulted Ceilings in Master bathroom

I am preparing to remodel my master bathroom, but I have vaulted ceilings in the room. Where my shower is, the ceiling is the lowest. However, without a "top" or cover, all of the water heat, that naturally accumulates, goes out the top. What can I do?
