Sounds like you are asking about a pre-fab unit? If so, the manufacturer or vendor should be able to provide them to you. Re: returns, it is up to the vendor, however, most vendors will charge a re-stocking fee and you will probably have to pay for shipping/delivery in any case.

Websites are going to contain the most amount of details. Taking a measuring tape into the retailer to make your own measurements is a great idea. Having your measurements on hand while you do it will save an extra step.

Restocking fees are common and are to be expected.
