I love the black doors combined with the white trim also. If I copy this look in my home should I leave the window frames white or do they also need the combined treatment?

Your window frames will look fine if you keep them white. But use the Houzz search box to find some photos of window mullions done in a dark color--in the right space they look fantastic!

You really can do both. I personally would leave window trim white, but there is no rule. I also love this look, I think it looks very sophisticated and not so predictable. I would leave all trim white, including windows, crown, and base. Make the dramatic splash with the dark doors. You can also really make the dark color pop on the doors with polished door hardware, brass or nickel. Good luck and have fun.
