Kitchen TVs have long been popular, but as technology advances, televisions get slimmer and much more transportable for homeowners to move around.

I love to cook, a TV in the kitchen would just be an annoying distraction.

I'm neutral .. I've never had one in the kitchen, but I imagine they are great for cooking along with your favorite TV chef .. or maybe even keeping a single person company while eating.

@bbarick: Yes, the output of the television can undoubtedly be a distraction for those who enjoy cooking in a more quiet area.

@indianpatti: That's a great way to look at it, too. It can provide some inspiration for a new dish.
