Change the clerestory windows above to awning windows that this all around. Also add four skylights that open on the roof......what is your roof construction? Is it solid framed? If it is add insulation ......

Thanks for the comment. The roof is a kind of plastic designed for patio, veranda etc. the top windows added with the two panel combined together. That means we have to replace the whole top panel. One of side was attached with the same material as the roof. So far no idea how to modify for ventilation. Here in Melbourne the summer can be over 40 degree...

I have heard about the hot weather in Melbourne this year and last.......I have friends from Melbourne........

I have another idea but I am not sure if it will work for you.
Can you remove the clerestor windows entirely ? You may have to saw cut them out.
Then you might replace then with louvred shutters which can open or shut. In the summer you can keep them open all the time for ventilation and in the winter you can shut them.....

You might also add insulation between the rafters to keep out heat gain through the roof.

What about the doors ? Can you keep them open in the summer ?
Do you have a mosquito problem in Melbourne ?

You might need to find a local Architect or Engineer to help you problem solve this one......

I guess the absolute worst case solution would be to air condition the space..........
