Personally yes. It could be dried or treated I suppose, but I'm not a big fan of silks unless you absolutely have a black thumb or are a second home owner who is gone for extended periods. If you can't green try other objects, sculptures and art.

Absolutely - Since I don't have a garden, I pick up flowers from the local grocery store or the flower stall near my office.
