How should I decorate my room

My room is quite tiny and I don't know how I should decorate it, I'm keeping the same wall color and some of the furniture

-- Which pieces of furniture are you planning on keeping? Are you considering new drapes? Do you have a budget? Could you send along pictures of the other walls, please?

I love your saying above the desk. I would turn your bed so you are facing the door and stencil the saying on the entire wall behind the bed. Have the letters each about 16 inches tall. Fun project.

- Thank you for these new pix. Helps a lot to understand your room. It would also help to now about how old you are.

You could switch your bed and bookcase and center the bed on the wall. Place the bookcase right next to the desk, making one unit. Place small bedside tables or cabinets on either side of the bed - matching or not. Over the bed, hang a piece of art, stencil your saying, put up a decal that is made for the wall, etc.

In order to help define what you are looking for in your room, are there any of the rugs or artwork below that appeals to you? The top two are rugs and the bottom ones are paintings. You could also use a solid rug in a shag and more of a graphic/type look for the walls

For most secure, restful sleep you should enter your room and be facing the foot of the bed, so center it on whichever wall accomplishes that. Place your desk at the window but so you are sitting with your back to the window. Agree with the wall stencil idea from gin. Buy a pair of floating shelves, or even something from a second hand store, to mount on the wall either side of your bed. Get a pair of silver toned swing arm lamps to hang above them. Add a DIY fabric headboard. Put the taller bookcase on the angled wall right of the double closet doors and set or hang tv above it. Can't see that side of the room in your pix, so post another shot for more input.
