I have a bathroom with a sink and dressing table connected. Would it look okay to Bevel three sides of the mirror only and leave the bottom that would sit on the granite backsplash and which drops down at one point to the height of the dressing table? Have been told the bottom can't be beveled due to edge where mirror drops down to dressing table backsplash.

You can bevel the bottom of the mirror if you glue it to the wall with mirror mastic. Or - use a very short "J" chanel on the granite (which can be painted to blend into the granite) and float it in the chanel so that the majority of the bevel shows. You'll probably still have to glue the mirror to the wall unless you use Klip-Its.
