thank you! one last question... my bathroom is this layout and about 5 x 7 too. I'm trying to squeeze something other than a pedestal sink in there to the left of the toilet. Doable?

Where space is limited, one possibility is a wall-mounted sink. You've started in a good spot already- search Houzz for creative ideas for small guest baths and powder rooms. Good luck!
