Relaxing small master bedroom colour grey white and ....?

Hi in the uk and been reading all you discussion was wondering if you could help me!!
We have just purchased this house and not got a lot of money to redecorate etc
The carpet is dark grey and very good condition so wanted to keep this and the white blinds and possibly even white walls as freshly painted.
The room has no storage built and not much room for double wardrobe so need to purchase storage bed.
So really need help with colour that could add to grey and white to give it that relax cosy bedroom feeling I'm quite simple person and don't want red.

10 years agolast modified: 10 years agoBlack and white with grey can be very soothing. You would want to add textures and some patterns. Also a storage bench at the foot of the bed.
The true key is adding materials that are soft and feminine throughout the room particularly for the windows and a throw rug.
I would add a minimal amount of color and keep it in a very soft tone any second (mid tone) level pastel will play nicely.

10 years agoI love the simplicity of black and white. Or if you want to bring in some color, find a some scatter cushions you love, and add a throw blanket in a soft texture in one of the colors in the cushions.

The room is 11'6 x 9'6 (3.50m x 2,90m)
I attached a pic which show the wardrobe but its not built in the current owner just got two long curtain poles staggered with clothes on display
