I love the look of the clear glass shower doors, but worry about "cleanability." We have very hard water in our area, with lots of calcium and iron. Even with a water softener, there are spots, and teenagers are not exactly faithful about wiping down after use. Should I try one?

Try a semi clear glass (fluted) and keep a squeege in the shower - it only takes 30 seconds to squeege glass after each shower. Squeeges are sold with suction cup attachments so that you can attach to the inside of your showers.

Hi. I use Jet Dry (I know... it's for dishwashers) to keep my shower glass clean. I put a small dab on a soft cloth right after a shower, then rinse the shower door with my handheld shower.
