Accent wall- what color?
erindigoMarch 30, 2014
Area rug is a dark purple. Chair is a brown. Furniture is wood. Wall color needs to vibe with the adjoining room which is red. Master across the hall is a grayish-purple. My general style is eclectic. House style is eclectic/Cali Spanish. Also not sure if I should paint the long wall with the desk on it? Or short wall? Thoughts on colors/wall choice is needed. Thank you in advance!

I would do purple or green on the wall. For something different, start about one foot (or a foot and a half) from the corner and continue the accent color around the next corner about a foot or foot and a half.

Houssaon, I'm leaning purple or possibly a purple on the grey side (rather than the red side). I'm also thinking a chalk for the other walls?!?! I like the idea of the wrap- around corner, too!
