Condo flooring
March 31, 2014 in Design Dilemma
We have a 1230 square foot, two bedroom, two bath condo with old white carpeting and white vinyl flooring. Carpet in bedrooms, hall, living and dining rooms. How many flooring types would you suggest. Would really like to get rid of all the carpet.

I would suggest a tile surface for bathrooms and entry (and possibly kitchen) and hardwood for the rest. If the colour of the tile is of a similar value (weight) as the hardwood, you'll have more unity and flow.
