With no experience and lack of knowledge we have chosen to paint our house with BM-Revere Pewter with White trim as the pictures attached. We now think that the house is to pale and not very interesting. Please help!

Your home is now ready for some bursts of color you can achieve from your landscaping. Two mid sized planters on the ends of the first step brimming with lots of red Geraniums to start. Some flowering low growing shrubs on either side of the door below the windows, possibly double red flowering Hibiscus, they can be trimmed back to keep bushy. Two larger wall mount lights at your front door would help complete a more dramatic entranceway. Your home and color look lovely. An example of lighting attached. http://www.homedepot.com/p/World-Imports-Sutton-Collection-12-in-4-Light-Wall-Sconce-in-Rust-WI910742/202047217?N=5yc1vZc7qq#specifications

Anyone think that painting the trim on the coverpiece above the entry way a dark color would add some depth and highight the curved design feature a bit more?

Consider painting the ceiling of your portico a lighter shade of Revere Pewter or one-off in the paint chip fan. It will read darker since it is in the shadows and serve to accent the graceful curves of both the doorway and overhang. I agree with rosecottagehome...larger exterior lights with low wattage (avoid glare).

Your façade is easy on the eyes...very nice.

Lovely! Thank you all. I love all of your ideas. I will definitely get larger lights and get those bright planters. I love the red one. And your (Scott Design, Inc) idea of painting the ceilling of the portico is phenomenal! I will try that. Thank you very much.
