This is for my daughter's nursery. Which do you like best?

Do you have any fabric that you are trying to match? Fabric first, paint second.

Ya not going to like me ;-) I took a look at your idea book and it looks like you like a very light and airy nursery, I would go a light gray.

I agree with njmomma that a pale warm gray, putty, or taupe (i.e. a more neutral) wall color would be preferable. But if you want one of the ones in your samples, I'd choose #10 because it is a lavender with a little gray in it to soften the tone.

Truthfully, I like the green in the background (but, as many know, I am not a fan of the overused gray). Beautiful crib.

I think you need to incorporate another shade of purple/lilac or pink, Your bedding is a very clean purple and white look. However I love #2 and #9. :)

Here is a room with purple walls, just to give you a feel of what the room may look like in purple.

So you want to match the purple very closely? I'd take one the sheets or blankets with me to the paint store to try to get a match. Give it a tey before you commit to it :)

Trying not to base color on bedding. So it doesn't need to be too matchup matchy

How about a creamy, soft yellow? The room would look happy even on a gloomy day.

How about something a little softer? Sorry -- my first impression is that the colors are either too bright or too dark for a delicate baby's room.

I looked at all the pictures of the Mission Viejo nursey and the paint color was not given and no one had asked for the color. Try askimg the disigners through the Questions option under one of the pictures. Hopefully they will respond with the color. You will need to add some gray tones to the room to make this look work like the picture. :)

With the bedding, #10, but I'm thinking the white of the bedding is too stark with the creamy looking bed. Have you already purchased the bedding?

I love the pale pink # 3 for a baby girl. With the purple & white have accents k throughout the room in the pale pink as well as the walls. My daughter is 18 & I miss her crib!

Try an offwhite with some greyed lavender. Or a classical powdery pink, with some lavender furniture/accents. All of your samples are quite harsh.

Hi newhomeowner -- rinqcreation conveyed more clearly what I was trying to say and show in my post above. Before you make a final decision, please consider the Violet Pearl she recommended. Any one of the color choices she posted would be beautiful, but I feel that Violet Pearl should be your #1 top choice. You really want the wall color in a baby's room to be soft and powdery, not bright or harsh. The soft, delicate color palettes she presented are right on point!! Don't pass on her suggestion!
