Recessed light for sloped ceiling?

I would like to put a recessed light in our sloped ceiling. The dilemma is that I'd like it to point towards and wash the stone facade on the fireplace. To further complicate matters, the slope is perpendicular to the direction I'd like the light to point and I can't find any products that work. Ideas?

You might consider small LED track lights instead.

The lighting effect you seek it called grazing, however the placement could have been much closer to the stone for the best effect. Look at Intense Lighting. They have directional LED recessed for sloped ceilings that you can hand adjust. They cost double but worth it.

What is the slope of the ceiling? What size recessed can? I usually put two on a fireplace like that. And if the ceiling slope is too great, then I consider the grazing method already mentioned and put them closer. Here is another option. 90 Double Bubble Adjustable 60° Tilt
Most eyeball and gimbal trim tilt 30 degrees in any direction.
