I think the right wall or corner looks empty. Any suggestions?

To make everything appear balanced you could add similar frames as is pictured on the left side of the wall and put two more on the right side. I have attached two pictures that might give you an idea of what you could do. Hope this helps.

What about removing the left side photos completely, placing them somewhere else, and adding open shelving? They're great for entertaining essentials, or adding some personal flair with photos and such.

Remove valances and pictures. Hang floor length curtain panels on walls beside door from same height as other valance.

The valance on the window to the right is hung right to best accentuate the window - above the window and outside the trim. Then the valance on the doors is hung low and inside the door trim which totally contrasts with the window and gives the doors a squeezed-in look. Can you change the valance on the door to coordinate with the valance on the window? The vendor that made this valance for you ought to be able to correct this error in size, hopefully. In other words, increase the size so you can hang it above and outside the wood trim on the door at the same height as the other valence. I think that will solve your issue because right now the door and window don't balance.
