what is the species of wood on dark cabinets?

Chipper Hatter Architectural Photographer Not sure of wood species as I photographed the kitchen, did not design or construct. I believe the cabinetry was manufactured by either Holiday Kitchens or Jay Rambo Hand Crafted Cabinetry, pretty sure it was Jay Rambo though. Hope that helps.
