Most tile manufacturers make subway tile - it is a 3x6 tile. Check out the following:
Dal Tile, Emser, Interceramic, and Crossville. They all have websites. This tile appears to be basic ceramic gloss tilte. These companies will also do these tiles in glass which is a fabulous look. It makes the space look larger as you can see through it.

The stove is a Bertazzoni... Italian manufacturer. Gorgeous, I agree! We just bought one.
