sarah thankyou, i am in australia is that a cool or warm white (what type of white)? I dont think benjamin moore paints would be available in my town!!
Huestis Tucker Architects, LLC Well it's actually a very neutral white...it doesn't really have blue (cold) or pink (warm) overtones. Maybe a bit like an eggshell color. Hope that's helpful.
terriseay I'm seeing this paint color used quite a bit on Houzz. We're building a house & I'm leaning onward using this color but I want the walls to be a very light gray since we get 1 wall paint color. Could you recommend a wall color that old blend nicely & still keep the cabinetry color as-is?
Huestis Tucker Architects, LLC Thanks so much for your interest. I love Ben Moore's pale oak...It's a warm taupe-gray and looks great in lots of different light conditions. If you are only allowed to select one color, this would be a great selection because it changes depending on the light and time of day. If you want a little more gray...less taupe, I also like collingswood gray.
All the best,
Jennifer

Huestis Tucker Architects, LLC Thanks for your comment. The ceiling is Benjamin Moore White Dove. And the finish is semi gloss. Keep in mind that if you have an uneven ceiling, semi gloss will show every imperfection. People usually use a matte finish on the ceiling because it is more forgiving.

Huestis Tucker Architects, LLC Thanks for your nice comment! The beams were custom made. Sorry, I don't remember the exact dimensions.
