What type of hardwood and what grade foam?
April 21, 2014 in Product Questions
I want to know what type of hardwood is used and also how the pieces are fastened. Also, what grade foam is used for the cushions and is their a liner. Last, are the cushions reversible?

Hello and thank you for your question! :) The Hillandale is made right here in the US (Los Angeles) and uses kiln dried, solid pine and alder wood frames which are corner blocked for added strength. The seats use a 2.0 high density foam which are wrapped in dacron. (an extra polyester fiber layer which gives a little extra comfort) Also, all seat cushions and back pillows can be flipped and also have zippers to remove the covers. Let us know if you have any other questions. :)
