Most cabinet suppliers should offer some sort of spice rack for upper cabinets. If not they should be able to source one out from their suppliers for you. This is a common accessory.

They were all custom built from scratch by Bowman's Woodworking in Ferrum, VA

I made one out of ceiling battens which are already the right size for the sides and shelves and also very cost effective.. A small lip of narrower wood at the base of each shelf holds the containers in place.
