What kind of plants would you like to see on the top of these walls and potentially spilling over? Sunset zone 14/15.

Do you want something evergreen or can it be a flowering plant that is not. Junipers always work but I find they require some pruning every year to keep looking good, I have aubretia spilling over my retaining wall looks awesome all summer but not in the winter so I mixed it with ivy which stays green all winter and I just prune it back pretty hard every spring to keep it in check.

The Aubretia is a beautiful choice! We like that as an idea for color. Junipers could be very cool from a traditional/historic aspect for this project as well, though the is a bit of concern as far as fire safety in the county. Great ideas! Keep em' coming!
