Cement floors

Building a new home - please let me know what are the options when it comes to cement floors, and what the pro's and con's are of each

If you mean to use an exposed concrete finish, I would consider incorporating radiant heat or they will likely be cold for half the year. I like concrete floors.

I personally like acid washed cement floors. The only problem is you really don't know what color it will be until it's done.

Remember concrete gives more of an industrial feel and has a colder look. I personally like that style but you need to be aware of this fact when deciding.
