Need Help for outdoor lighting

I want to add several low voltage yard lights to my back yard. I plan on using the Hampton Bay 12v Low Voltage 600 watt transformer to step down the voltage. Can anyone tell me which dimmer switch would be my best best to enable me to dim my yard lights?

If you mean this transformer; http://www.fallingwaterdesigns.com/html/manuals/hamptonbaytransformer.pdf

It says;
WARNING — RISK OF FIRE OR ELECTRICAL SHOCK
-Do not use with a dimmer.
