Thank you for your note; I believe I answered you directly earlier by email. This is a custom fabricated treatment. The fabric was railroaded as there are no seams - one piece of fabric to cover the entire width. Determine the board size and mark where you want the pemlets and jabots to begin - add to the overall width the pleating required and then center the fabric on the board and pleat out each side, make sure to return the fabric on the board for a finished look. Probably best to start by cutting the lining fabric and working with that as your template, make the adjustments and feel that you are happy with the sizing before you cut into your face fabric.
