Porch Floor
I thought it was Ipe. Can you please tell me why you chose tongue and groove instead the plastic spacers? It looks like this porch will potentially get rain, and I thought you couldn't use tongue and groove if that was the case.

Bryan Whittington Tongue and groove gives more of a old porch feel and less of a deck feel. If it will get rain you have to make sure the porch has a pitch to it for the water to run off. I believe if its covered the tongue and groove is ok, if its a open porch then you would want to use decking to allow the water through.
