Finish below siding

Sorry, I posted this on the wrong picture before.
How did you finish the wall below the siding? Is that stucco with wire mesh behind it? What is on the wall behind the stucco? Is it styrofoam or warm-n-dry waterproofing board? If either did you go with 1" or 2" thickness?
We are also building in Edina and have 2" warm-n-dry on our foundation. We are looking for a clean way to finish over it below the siding and above the grade. Yours looks fantastic.
