Hello, I visited many floor stores and finally I'm debating between the following two colors:
both are oak, one is darker, 9inch wide, slightly handscraped, the other is lighter, smooth, and 6inch wide.

My house is mid-century contemporary style, and the beige and blue are the main colors in my house. My ceiling is 8 feet.

I would recommend going with the lighter flooring. It works well with the mid century modern style of the home.

The lighter one appears to be the one that would be good with contemporary style and lend to more choices with colors.
